一、国际贸易(International Trade)
国际贸易亦称“世界贸易”，泛指国际间的商品和劳务（或货物、知识和服务）的交换。它由各国（地区）的对外贸易构成，是世界各国对外贸易的总和。国际贸易在奴隶社会和封建社会就已发生，并随生产的发展而逐渐扩大。到资本主义社会，其规模空前扩大，具有世界性。
International trade, also known as "world trade", refers to the international exchange of goods and services (or goods, knowledge and services). It is composed of the foreign trade of all countries (regions), which is the sum of the foreign trade of all countries in the world. 二、对外贸易（Foreign Trade)
对外贸易亦称“国外贸易”或“进出口贸易”，是指一个国家（地区）与另一个国家（地区）之间的商品和劳务的交换。这种贸易由进口和出口两个部分组成。对运进商品或劳务的国家（地区）来说，就是进口；对运出商品或劳务的国家（地区）来说，就是出口。这在奴隶社会和封建社会就开始产生和发展，到资本主义社会，发展更加迅速。其性质和作用由不同的社会制度所决定。Foreign trade, also known as "foreign trade" or "import and export trade", refers to the exchange of goods and services between one country (region) and another country (region).
