1.入境卫生检疫证书
出入境检验检疫机构对入境的交通工具、人员、集装箱、尸体、骸骨以及行李、货物、邮包等实施卫生检疫查验。在实施入境卫生检疫查验完毕后，认为检疫对象没有染疫或染疫嫌疑，不需要进行卫生处理和限制事项，签发入境卫生检疫证书。

2.出境卫生检疫证书
在检疫对象最后离境申请出境卫生检疫，出入境检验检疫机构对其实施卫生检疫查验时，未发现有染疫或染疫嫌疑，同时对卫生状况满意，签发出境卫生检疫证书。
2. Exit health quarantine certificate
The exit health and quarantine certificate shall be issued to the person subject to quarantine inspection after he/she has finally applied for exit health and quarantine inspection and the entry and exit inspection and quarantine institution has conducted health and quarantine inspection on the person subject to quarantine inspection, has found no infectious disease or suspected of having contracted the disease, and is satisfied with his/her sanitary condition.
