韩国驻华大使馆在公证文书上证明公证机关或认证机关的最后一个签字和盖章属实。办理领事认证的目的是中国出具的公证文书能为韩国当局所承认，不致怀疑文件上的签名或印章是否属实而影响文书的域外法律效力。
The Korean Embassy in China certifies the last signature and seal of the notary office or certification authority on the notarial document. The purpose of consular certification is that a notarial document issued by China can be recognized by the Korean authorities without any doubt that the authenticity of the signature or seal on the document will affect the extraterritorial legal effect of the document.

韩国大使馆认证需要注意事项：
1、需1份复印件。
2、苏、浙、沪、皖地区出具的文书送驻上海总领馆认证。
3、黑、吉、辽地区出具的文书送驻沈阳总领馆认证。
4、山东省地区出具的文书送驻青岛总领馆认证。
5、豫、湘、鄂、赣地区出具的文书送驻武汉总领馆认证。
6、韩国公民结婚认证、申请“国民年金”的公证书需当事人自送使馆。
7、办理签证的无犯罪记录证明只需办理外交部单认证。
韩国认证时间：
民事文书：外交部3个工作日，韩国大使馆7个工作日（时间不固定）
商业文书：外交部3个工作日，韩国大使馆7个工作日（时间不固定）
认证流程：申请人邮寄或者自送办理。 提供公证书原件。
