外国驻华使馆办理领事认证对有关文书的要求：
（一）不同国`家对送往该国使用的涉外公证书、相关证明或单据有不同要求，当您在向涉外公证处提出办理公证书的申请时，应先明确告知文书拟送往使用的国`家、使用目的及其他相关信息，以便公证机构准确出证。
Requirements of foreign embassies in China on relevant documents for consular certification:
(1) Different countries have different requirements for the notarization, relevant certificates or documents to be sent to the foreign countries. When you apply for notarization to the foreign notary office, you should first clearly inform the country of the notarization to be sent to, the purpose of use and other relevant information, so that the notary office can issue the notarization accurately.
（二）各个国`家对各种公证书的时效有不同的规定，如意大利要求结婚公证书有效期为3个月，阿根廷要求未刑公证书2个月有效，奥地利要求未刑公证书1个月有效，等等。鉴此，请您根据有关要求和需要及时办理领事认证，并在办理后尽快使用
(two) each country has different provisions on the limitation of various notaries, such as Italy requires marriage notaries valid for 3 months, Argentina requires not criminal notaries valid for 2 months, Austria requires not criminal notaries valid for 1 months, and so on. Therefore, please apply for consular certification in accordance with relevant requirements and needs, and use it as soon as possible
