国内领事认证中的“双认证”
所谓“双认证”，是指我国涉外公证或商业文书在送国外使用前，办好我国外交部领事司或其授权的地方外办的领事认证后，还需按文书使用国要求办理该国驻华使领馆的领事认证，方可被文书使用国接受。这通常被叫做“双认证”。
The so-called "double certification" means that before China's foreign notarization or commercial documents are sent abroad for use, after the consular certification of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or its authorized local foreign affairs office is completed, the consular certification of the diplomatic and consular missions in China should be handled according to the requirements of the country where the documents are to be used, before they can be accepted by the country where the documents are to be used. This is often called "double authentication".
3.如何知道要办理单认证还是双认证
一般情况下，应按照有关驻华使领馆和文书使用国的要求办理单认证或双认证。
Under normal circumstances, should be in accordance with the requirements of the relevant embassies and consulates in China and the use of documents for single certification or double certification.
