A、跟使馆认证网签署协议并支付费用；
B、把上述所需资料扫描件发给使馆认证网；
C、客户确认用途及使用地点，律师起草稿确认信息；
D、客户确认无误后，由中国委托公证人对文件进行公证
E、文件送往中国法律服务（香港）有限公司加盖转递章；
F、办理完成后使馆认证网寄出给客户。
