ISO泰国大使馆认证领事合法化
如果中国人在泰国休长假或出差中，而处理国内某些与政府有关的事宜，需要本人签字，而本人又无法回国，就需要授权委托身在国内的朋友或亲属办理。而如果只是签署授权委托书，拿授权书原件到国内政府部门办理，政府部门是不接受的，需要经过中国驻泰国的使馆公证认证。
If a Chinese is on a long vacation or a business trip in Thailand, and he/she needs to sign some matters related to the government in China, and he/she cannot return to China, he/she needs to authorize a friend or relative in China to handle it. 中国人在泰国签署的授权委托书公证分两种，一种是自己和中国驻当地使馆约定时间，到大使面前签署授权委托书，使馆直接给公证，然后把公证书寄回国内。另一种方式，就是个人可以把授权委托书签署好，将原件给交给公证人，然后由公证人公证，州政府认证，最终送中国驻泰国使馆公证认证然后把公证书寄回国内。There are two kinds of notarization of power of attorney signed by Chinese people in Thailand. One is to sign the power of attorney in front of the ambassador at an agreed time with the Chinese embassy in Thailand. The embassy will directly notarize the power of attorney and then send the notarization back to China. Another way is that individuals can sign the power of attorney and give the original to a notary, who will notarize it, certify it by the state government, and finally send it to the Chinese Embassy in Thailand for notarization and then send the notary back to China.
大部份人会选择后者办理方式，虽然第一种办理方式看上去简单很多，但这种方式要自己去使馆办理，泰国有50个州，但不是每个州都有中国使馆，而且认证并不能当天完成，要隔几天才能去取，所以来回周折以及和使馆预约是很麻烦的。而第二种方式就简单的多了，不管在什么地方，只要签署好授权委托书，把签署好的文件原件快递给公证人，然后等时间就可以了，公证人会帮助您完成整个公证认证流程。
另外，授权委托书都是自己根据所要达到的目的自己来起草的，但使馆有一份标准的格式，要求授权委托书内必要包含的内容，否则在办理过程中，使馆有可能会退件要求重新签署。
