国外企业在国内设立外商投资企业时要对公司的主体资格及其他文书做该公司注册地所在使馆的公证认证的，官方要求为：外国投资者应提交经所在国家公证机关公证并经我国驻该国使（领）馆认证的主体资格证明或身份证明；外方投资者所在国与我国尚未建立外交关系或已终止外交关系的，其主体资格证明或者身份证明应经所在国公证机构公证后交由与我国有外交关系的第三国驻该国使（领）馆认证，前述公证、认证文件还需经我国驻该第三国的使（领）馆认证。

BVI公司在国内成立外资，一般需要对公司注册证书、股东董事名册办理公证认证，有两种方式办理公证认证：1、BVI当地公证—当地高院加签—英国外交部认证—中国驻英国大使馆认证；2、国际公证人公证（英国律师）—英国外交部认证—中国驻英国大使馆认证；
大部分的客户都是选择第二种方式，因为比较简单，办理时间快，费用较低。
办理时间：第一种方法30个工作日左右；第二种方法15个工作日左右。
